Tried to go to the store. Walmart usually has 3 of those sit down carts. Well, none were available, so tried to walk the store with the regular cart leaning on the front bars. It was too much for my leg so went back to front to see if a cart was turned in. It was so went on the scooter one and got groceries - 4 bags full including a heavy quart of pomgranite juice. When I got home, I didn't want to make more than one trip into the building, and if I leave any groceries in the car and it is below zero, they will freeze and ruin so piled all the bags onto my right arm since my left leg is the one injured. Walked to building and down hall to apt, put everything away and then had a huge pain in my side.Went to sit down and the pain just buzzed down my side from above my breast to my hip bone, every time I moved. Couldn't sit or lie down. No comfortable position. It was so bad I couldn't even feel my normal throbbing in the knee.
Sleep for an hour, pain so bad can't stand it; get up a little better but tired, try to lie down, same thing all night. Then I feel heart palpitations and think I'm dying.
